One thing Bazothile’s life will do is be in shambles, no matter what she’s going through already or trying to fix. It’s been a running theme that seems to love it here but because she’s all about putting out fires, it’s been an interesting ride to see how she navigates it all.
A sleepy girl
Season 2 kicked off on a very spooky note when Bazo couldn’t sleep because her sister was not letting her live peacefully in the soft life that she so brutally took from her. Waking up in sweat had been a known thing in the house and every time she would need to come up with an excuse because vising Buhle’s grave didn’t do the trick, meanwhile Mhlengi tried to be the most supportive partner.
But wait, there’s more
Siboniso made sure that Bazo visits him in jail so that he can confront her about framing him but that didn’t last for long before she threatened to kill his children too. While crashing her wedding with Mhlengi (yes he proposed to her while cheating on her 😩) , he was shot by the police for escaping.

Mhlengi the cheater
The last thing that Bazo needed was for the very same person that has been there for her, to turn around and cheat on her. Mhlengi met a beautiful woman from Mzumbe that both him and Bazo know and got tickled by the attention that he got her from and that led to him taking things too far.

A “pregnant” Nokwanda
When you lose, you try and try again and that’s exactly what Nokwanda has been doing. After things not turning out how she wanted when she was in Johannesburg, she came back home but with no plans of making a life in the villages. Instead of finding a job, a monied Mhlengi looked more appealing to her and she went as far as saying that he got her pregnant.
We went on to find out that there is indeed no baby in the picture when she responded with ”what baby?” when a crying Mhlengi asked just before choosing another man in front of him.
“Mashayabhuqe” is the name
Imagine an unknown man coming into your home while you arehaving dinner with your family, and announces that first thing in the morning you are all moving out. Just when we thought Bazo had seen it all, Siboniso’s brother shows up and demands to be left alone with his inheritance.
This season has been ten past four since the premiere and it has no intentions of stopping but knowing the fighter that is Bazo, we are all waiting to see how she will get out of this one.
