When Gladys said, “We are even,” to Thathi it hit hard. Having both suffered a terrible tragedy of losing a child and the other responsible for it, even Twitter streets agree they’re even now.   

This all began when anger and resentment consumed Gladys for weeks, to a point where she set Mam’Sonto’s tavern on fire to make her pay for involving Ntokozo in her hijacking business, not knowing that Langa was still inside the tavern fateful day.  

She’s been living with the guilt all along and decided to come clean after losing her unborn baby, after she an altercation between her and Thathi. Tweeps believe karma never loses an address.    

What Gladys doesn’t know though is that Thathi is responsible for her brother, Mohato’s death. This then begs the question of them now being even, and some believe it's far from being even.

Both Thathi and Gladys are going with the story that Gladys fell and hurt herself. How will Melusi react when he learns that the real reason behind the tragic loss of his unborn child is Thathi?
