Ilano opened up to Buhle and Mshefane about her ongoing issues with Mmeli, revealing that she feels he has consistently been mean to her. Buhle B asked what had happened earlier, prompting Ilano to share her perspective on the situation. She described Thandeka as intelligent but inconsiderate, explaining that she rarely apologises and instead downplays issues later, often when she has been drinking.

According to Ilano, Mmeli becomes frustrated by Thandeka’s behaviour and ends up directing his anger towards her. When Mshefane asked whether there was tension between them, Ilano clarified that it was not a feud but simply an argument, adding that she actually likes Thandeka and admires her sense of style.

As the night progressed, King Wanda advised Liema to remove herself from what Dube described to Smash Afrika as the house’s “A-lister group”. Liema expressed surprise at the label, saying she had only heard that she was part of that today and did not consider herself part of any clique.

She insisted that she was not a groupie and interacted with most of the housemates, except for two. When King Wanda asked if she was referring to Tumi the Barber and Buhle B, Liema agreed.

The conversations in the house later shifted to the aftermath of Dene Jones’ eviction. King Wanda told Liema that sheliked Dene Jones what but she had only shown interest in one person in the house, Tumi the Barber. Liema responded that, with Dene Jones now evicted, Tumi the Barber was left focusing on what she referred to as his “second option” talking about Buhle B.

Meanwhile, Que checked in on Didi wjo was emotional after the live show as her close friend Mashel was evicted, encouraging her to seek comfort from someone who genuinely cares about her. He pointed out that although she entered the house alone, it was a positive thing that she had managed to form a friendship. Que asked whether she would consider making more friends and if she might pursue a friendship with Buhle B and Didi admitted she was unsure.

As emotions continue to surface following Dene Jones and Mashels’ eviction, Ilano’s honesty highlights the growing tension in the house, where unresolved issues and shifting relationships are becoming increasingly difficult to ignore.
