Nyabuto, in an attempt to better his life sells his piece of land in Kisii to resettle in Nairobi. In the process he becomes a victim of con men. He attempts suicide but is saved by the neighbours who advise him on proper land acquisition procedures.

Makoha borrows a suit to go for a job interview. He never makes it to the interview because his suit is ruined by Senior after he pours dirty water on his suit. The scenario attracts Ondiek who is visiting his clande. Makoha takes advantage of the situation to blackmail Ondiek to give him a job in exchange for his silence.
