PJ is a 41-year-old, full-time musician, husband and father of two hailing from Pretoria. He says he didn’t know from a young age whether he’d do music or not so he actually studied and took up work as a Brand Manager. It was during this time that his Managing Director randomly asked him to sing a Neil Diamond track at a function. He was so blown away by his talent that he literally asked him to resign and pursue his passion which is exactly what he did. That’s when he met his wife, who has supported him through all the ups and downs over the course of his now, 18-year career as both a singer and songwriter. Now that PJ is well established, he’s keen to reinvent himself and take things to the next level.
