This 32-year-old singer/actor met her husband Michael on stage – he’s a drummer and producer. The two were recently reunited in performance in The Color Purple where she played the part of Shug Avery (who coincidentally loves to perform on stage) in the second season of the musical. The music business has not always been kind to them , but now she’s ready to give it another go on The Voice SA stage.
