Drake's highly anticipated sixth studio album is now done! And the Canadian Hip Hop megastar has not let fans continue fumbling in the dark, wondering when they would finally be getting their essential dose of a full body of work from Drizzy.

During his stop at the Sound 42 Fri Yiy Friday radio show, he revealed that things are coming along pretty well with the tape. “Album’s cooked", he said, setting in motion much glee from scores of adoring Drake fans globally. “Certified Lover Boy on the way, and that’s for anyone in the way.” Bars!

There is now rife speculation as to whether the album will premiere this Friday, coinciding with the release of Kanye's highly buzzed DONDA album. Ye's album, which has suffered delays, is rumoured to be landing on August 6th. If this happens, the arch-rivals could be going head to head on the charts. It will be reminiscent of that one time Kanye and 50 Cent released albums at the same time, competing for the #1 spot. Ye decimated 50 at the time, and thus it will be interesting to see what happens during this potential showdown.

Drake, though, is a chart favourite. Earlier this year, he filled the top 3 consecutive spots on the Billboard Hot 100 chart with his tracks 'Lemon Pepper Style', 'Wants and Needs' and 'What's Next' from his Scary Hours EP.  With this power to completely dominate the mainstream, he's unstoppable. Ye, though, is Ye.
