The women of the Show Ya Sef house are showing no signs of slowing down! For the second week running, a female housemate has emerged as Head of House, with Neche taking over the reins from Sheba.
Neche becomes the second female HoH of the season, following Sheba’s reign last week. Her victory also comes with the added advantage of immunity from this week’s eviction.
Neche outlasts Chimsom Chuka
The battle for the HoH crown came down to Neche and the season’s first HoH, Chimsom Chuka.
What started as a test of endurance eventually went Neche’s way when Chimsom Chuka’s curved handle and pole gave way, ending his run and handing Neche the victory.
With endurance on her side and immunity secured, Neche now has the power to shape the week ahead.
Nomy remains the bench warmer
Nomy's fortunes remain unchanged as she continues in her role as bench warmer.
Biggie reminded her that she must wear her bench warmer vest, remain on her designated bench and carry out her assigned duty of washing the toilets. And there was one important condition: no housemate is allowed to help her.
Conspiracy hour returns
Biggie brought back the conspiracy twist from last week, giving the housemates another opportunity to strategise and conspire over who they wanted to save from possible eviction.
However, the housemates' strategy quickly became predictable as they repeatedly chose to save themselves.
Biggie stepped in to challenge their approach, asking them to consider an important question: if everyone keeps saving themselves, who will be left?
With that reminder, the housemates had to rethink their strategy before completing the process.
Neche gets the final say
After the housemates entered the diary room to nominate the people they wanted to save, Neche was called in last to exercise her Veto Power as HoH.
Biggie revealed the three housemates the house had chosen to save: Bluethopia, Cassi and Gerard.
But Neche was given the power to remove one name from the list. Her choice was Gerard.
Who is safe and who is up for eviction?
With nominations complete, Aikou and Flora (the Gambit) are safe from eviction this week. They are joined by Bluethopia, Cassi, Chimsom Chuka, who earned immunity as the Most Influential Player of the Week (MIPOW), and Neche, who is protected by her HoH status.
That leaves the remaining housemates facing possible eviction.
