Zaituna’s increasingly erratic behavior had raised serious concerns, especially among Dankani’s children, who no longer felt safe living under the same roof with her. They even began to suspect something deeper, questioning whether she had bewitched their father, as he continued to stand by her despite her troubling actions.

But what they didn’t know was that Zaituna was capable of something far more dangerous, and she showed them in the finale episode of Dankani.

Trouble ensues

During a trip to the supermarket, Dankani spotted one of his love interests and wasted no time trying to charm her. He even went as far as proposing that she become his fourth wife. She quickly shut him down, pointing out that his attention clearly lay elsewhere, particularly with his newest wife.

Unbeknownst to her, Zaituna had been listening.

In a shocking twist, Zaituna stepped in and openly supported Dankani’s desire to take on more wives, even suggesting that if the woman wasn’t ready to love him, she should step aside. Delighted by this unexpected show of loyalty, Dankani left the store pleased, convinced that Zaituna was firmly on his side.

However, things took a turn when a passerby mistook them for father and daughter, triggering a sudden outburst from Zaituna. Though Dankani managed to calm her down with affection and even serenaded her with songs she loved, the tension lingered beneath the surface.

Later that day, after returning from an outing, Dankani chose to sleep instead of spending time with her — a decision that proved costly.

In a chilling moment, Zaituna snapped. She grabbed a machete and stood over Dankani as he slept, ready to strike. In a stroke of luck, he woke up just in time, narrowly escaping what could have been a fatal attack.
