Having announced herself as a force to be reckoned with through her stellar performance as the abused Debbie on ‘Knocking on heaven’s door’ in 2014, Adesua Etomi-Wellington has carved for herself a career path that boasts serious longevity.

Despite the exponential growth in artistic marketability and Nollywood’s continuous dominance of the global film and television stage, there are still quite a number of accessibility constraints that inhibit the emergence of recognition-worthy Talent; but even so, Susu’s borderless determination continues to earn her credits on big productions such as ‘A soldier’s story, Shuga, Las Gidi cops and Wedding Party just to name a few.



Yours truly recently dropped hints about head-starring Kevin Nwankor’s upcoming thriller, Muna, and having witnessed her artistic excellence, we know she'll deliver justice on a silver platter. With just a few days to go till the trailer’s official release, we're totally guarding the radar.

An advocate of change and steadfast in promoting balanced lives all-around, Adesua is undoubtedly one of Africa’s greatest exports and we look forward to seeing her taking wider strides towards international recognition… and that ladies and gentlemen is why she’s our woman crush this Wednesday.
