The hottest DJ competition is back! Up and coming DJs across Naija will be given the chance to compete in a heated five-week battle to become Naija's favourite upcoming DJ and win the grand prize of N1.5 million, as well as a complete DJ set, courtesy of Pepsi! The good news? You can watch it all go down this festive season on Africa Magic!
How it Works
- DJs had to upload a one minute video showcasing their skills on Instagram using #TurnUpFridaywithPepsi, #ThePepsiNation and #PepsiDJChallenge.
- The 10 DJs with the highest engagement on their videos were selected to come to battle it out on Turn Up Friday.
- Two DJs will go face to face each week with one emerging as the week's winner.
- You will select your favourite DJ each week in a Twitter poll on the Africa Magic Twitter page during the show.
- Once all the DJs have battled and we have five weekly winners, there will be a poll where you will be able to choose your favourite from the five DJs.
- The two DJs with the highest votes will go head to head in the finale and YOU will decide the winner via a poll on the Africa Magic Twitter page.
- The winner will win N1.5 million and a complete DJ set. The first runner up, on the other hand, will walk away with N500 000 💰
Turn Up Friday will be on your screen every Friday night this festive season at 21:30 on the Africa Magic Holiday Pop-up Channel on DStv channel 198 and GOtv channel 29.
