The seventh Live Show had two housemates leave the Show Ya Sef house: Abi and Araga. The eviction part of the show was not the only drama that occurred.
Here’s how it went down:
HoH Tram was questioned
Ebuka congratulated Head of House (HoH) Tram on his reign. He noted that Tram didn’t win the Wager, but the house was neat this week.
Ebuka to Tram: “I think it’s interesting how offended you were that the house didn’t want to support your reign considering how you’ve handled other people’s terms. It’s the first time we’ve seen housemates NOT participate in the Wager… where did that audacity come from?”
Tram explained: “...If you noticed when we were doing our Wager, I gave everyone the liberty of saying what they want to do. I’m not going to tell someone who cannot backflip to backflip; it’s just what it is.”
Aikou wins MIPOW
Ebuka announced that Aikou is voted the Most Influential Person of the Week. He said that Aikou has won BB Bucks and the BetPawa elite award. Aikou turned the BetPawa Wheel and he won a microwave oven.
Ebuka called out Ricky
Ebuka reminded Ricky that he was not happy with how there is peace in the house. He added: “You almost want to sabotage Tram’s Head of House (HoH) reign because he had sold out on this pact to destroy the house.”
Ebuka also said that Ricky had had extensive conversations with Bells about the other housemates, but he also had opinions about her spirituality. “What’s going on?”
Ricky responded by saying he heard some certain things about Bells that made him question if he ever knew her. “They’re a little bit personal, and they’re very spiritual. A couple of people have said they’ve had dreams about her, but basically I believe in these things…”
Ricky called Tram his boy and that Tram knows where he stands.
He added that he spoke to the housemates individually about Tram’s HoH reign. “I told them, I went individually to them, they need to cause some sort of chaos in this house, because he did the same thing.”
Bells was next in the hot seat
Ebuka noticed that Bells seemed emotional. He asked her about it and said: “Do you want to come join Abi?”
Bells replied that she wants to join Abi and added: “I still love her.”
The conversation turned. Ebuka said that Bells had a lot to say this week about Flora and Oyin. “Have you said any of these things to their faces? You’ve called them hypocrites.”
Bells responded by saying they had talked behind her back. She referred to them as bullies. She claimed that her being stepped on, was not an accident.
She then admitted to Ebuka how she feels about each of them.
Chimsom Chuka also had a turn
Ebuka brought it up to Chimsom Chuka that he likes to question everything. “You are quite particular; when you don’t win, there’s a reason why.”
Chimsom Chuka admitted: “I’d say I had… there was the negative side to my competition, in all sincerity.”
Ebuka asked: “Is this about you, or the competition?”
Chimsom Chuka responded: “No, it’s about me.”
Abi exits the house
Ebuka told Abi that there were many times where she looked like she didn’t want to be in the house, so people were asking, “so why did she even go?”
Abi said she didn’t know she was giving off that vibe. “I really loved being there. It can just be overwhelming, it really shook me up. But I was really happy being there.”
He asked her if she was surprised to hear her name being called out tonight.
She replied: “Not really; I think I got the feeling that I’m going home. But at the same time, obviously, you’d be surprised if you hear your name.”
Ebuka asked Abi if she missed the friendship she had with Flora. Abi said “not really”.
About her plans for the future, Abi was honest: “I just want to make money.”
Araga steps out
Ebuka noted that Araga seemed to have had a particularly rough week. However, Araga said he was down during his first week in the house, because he had struggled to find himself in the house. “Big thanks to Goddessa, she really made my week.”
Ebuka then asked him about Goddessa. “Are you going back to look for her, or is that chapter over?”
Araga responded by saying he does like Goddessa, because she’s a beautiful girl and he loves her brain.
About his plans for the future, Araga said: “I just want to up the brand, just take Araga to the next level.”
Ebuka leaves them thinking
Ebuka congratulated the remaining housemates for staying another week in the Show Ya Sef house. He told them that there has been arguments about who the Gambit is. “You all have your insinuations and predictions and assumptions – but it’s interesting that you think it’s just one Gambit. I’ll see you next week.”
