They came, saw and conquered. Now they are back to light up the stage with their amazing talent.
Nigerian Idol

Nigerian Idol has produced a lot of stars over the years and two out of all these amazing people will be gracing the Live Show on Sunday.

Season 6 winner Kingdom and first runner-up Akunna will set the stage on fire as they perform their latest hits to the delight of all who will be present. Before we feel their spark on Sunday, let's see what they have been doing since their time on Nigerian Idol.

Kingdom's Journey

Kingdom’s time on Nigerian Idol saw him come because he simply wanted to sing but in the course of his journey, he grew to be a better vocalist and a confident singer who also learnt how to own the stage. His ability to do all this helped him snag the crown therefore earning him the title of the Nigerian Idol Season 6 winner.

He has gone on to perform at many concerts and was invited to perform with Omawumi at her album listening concert. In a recent move, he released the single ‘Shey You Go Dey’ which has been ruling the airwaves in the country.

Akunna's Journey

Akunna’s journey on Nigerian Idol started when friends nudged her to try out for the Auditions while she was on leave. Though she grudgingly took their advice, it led her to a life-changing experience. The lawyer turned superstar singer had opportunities open up before her like never before. Since emerging as the 2nd runner-up, Akunna has moved on to opening an entertainment law firm in a bid to combine her passion and career. She has also become an events host and is set to release a musical body of work soon.
