This week on Jara we checked out what was brewing on the set of a new movie titled the 'The Therapist'. The film features acts like Monalisa Chinda, Kalu Ikeagwu and Iretiola Doyle so we made sure we got the scoop just for you!
Then, sticking to our movie theme for the night, we had a look at our Top 5 Outstanding Female Lead Characters
The award winning producer and director Ehizojie Ojesobholo (Ehiz) also reviewed the first movie from Uche Jumbo’s trilogy, 'Damage'. The film stars Uche Jombo, Kalu Ikeagwu, Tonto Dikeh and DoGood's Basorge Tariah Jnr!
We then moved from the big screen to the big stage when we checked out the stage play titled ‘Single In Gidi’ at Terrakulture, which proved to be a fun-filled experience!
Lastly our guest for the evening was the gorgeous Nollywood actress Meg Otanwa. She has featured in popular TV series like, Before 30, Behind the Smile, How I Made My First Million, Kunle Afolayan's October 1 and more. She's also a graduate of English from the Ahmadu Bello University, has a Masters in Human Resources Management from Time University in Tunisia as well as a MBA from the University of Jean Moulin, Lyon, France. The highly educated and even more talented Otanwa was an absolute pleasure to interview! Look out for the highlight video on the Jara show page.
