Power has changed hands this week, and it's in favour of the ladies as Sheba becomes the first female Head of House of the Show Ya Sef season. Her win came with immunity and an unexpected nomination twist: the power to save one housemate and replace them with someone the house had already saved.
Her win was secured in the final hour. Despite being last among the housemates to compete, Sheba conquered all four rounds of games — testing speed, coordination, memory, balance and determination — in an incredible 6 minutes, 31 seconds. Ricky came next with an impressive time of 6 minutes, 49 seconds. To enjoy the HoH loft, Sheba chose a random name from the lucky dip and selected Cassi, who asked a thrilled Nomy to be his guest.
Nomy is crowned the bench warmer
For being the worst performer during the games, Nomy was awarded the title of bench warmer. Her reward: a designated costume she must wear at all times, and a bench that will be her designated sitting area for the rest of the week except during parties and in the arena.
Housemates get the right to conspire
Monday night's nominations took a new turn as Big Brother permitted the housemates to conspire. They were first given time to think about possible allies, then two minutes in the conspiracy zone to deliberate and strategise over who to save from possible eviction this week. Once that was done, housemates were called in one by one to nominate three people they'd like to see safe. A tally revealed the house had chosen to save Tram, Goddessa, Barry, Cassi and Bells.
Sheba uses her HoH Veto Power
Biggie's twists weren't over yet. During her nomination session, Sheba was told she could use her HoH Veto Power — saving one housemate and replacing them with someone already saved by the house. From the list of people the house saved, Sheba chose to replace Cassi with Chimsom Chuka.
This means Sheba (HoH), Aikou and Flora (The Gambit), and the housemates saved by the house and HoH Veto power — Chimsom Chuka, Tram, Goddessa, Barry and Bells — are all safe from eviction this week. Everyone else is up for possible eviction.
