The pressure was on and the housemates got a few surprises from Ebuka on the fourth Live Show of the Show Ya Sef house on Sunday. They heard that Araga, Aikou and Yusuf were up for eviction (after Abi’s Veto power vote), and they got the impression that more than one person would be evicted on the Live Show.
However, Cassi was the only housemate to leave the Big Brother Naija S11 house.
Ebuka opens the show in style
Once again, Ebuka showed up fashionable and ready for the assignment. During the first house crossing, he spoke to Head of House (HoH) Abi about who her Deputy HoH was. He implied that she didn’t want Chimsom Chuka to be her Deputy, because she had chosen Cassi as her unofficial Deputy. She said, “that’s my guy”.
He also ruffled some feathers when he asked Barry about his relationship with Goddessa. Ebuka said it seems like Araga is the outsider in the triangle with Barry and Goddessa.
Barry said they are just friends and they are getting to know each other.
Abi becomes the third MIPOW
Abi had a knockout week as HoH. Her team had won the Wager and this week she was announced as the Most Influential Player of the Week (MIPOW), earning immunity and the BetPawa Elite Reward.
In the previous week, Sultex had gotten the MIPOW reward and Chimsom Chuka was the first one to earn MIPOW.
During the Live Show, Abi had to spin the Betpawa rewards wheel, and her reward was a Smart Watch.
Ebuka turns on the heat
Besides turning on the heat to Barry, Goddessa and Araga, Ebuka had also given some hot seat moments to Keivo, Ricky, Bells and Yusuf.
To Ricky, Ebuka had asked about his back-and-forth with Sheba.
When he spoke to Keivo, he wanted to know about the situation with Temi Nkem.
Bells and Yusuf were asked about their intimate moments in the house.
Cassi bows out
There were several moments where Ebuka had some of the housemates who were Nominated (for eviction) to stand. A name was called and then he would say whether they would stay or leave the house. The people who had experienced a stressful fake eviction were Araga, Gerard and Tram. Ebuka had called each of their names, gave a long pause and then told them they are safe.
Cassi was the only housemate to be evicted from the house. When Ebuka asked him about his experience in the house, he replied: “I was taking it at a pace. There are a lot of emotions at the same time – one minute you’re happy, the next minute you’re sad.”
He also told Ebuka that he wants to take his acting career seriously.
