Zambezi Magic has partnered with Zambia Short Film Festival, on a mission to find young talented Zambians in the film industry to participate on a scriptwriting competition.
The competition is an opportunity for all young storytellers who want to have a break in the industry to share their amazing stories. And there is no limit to what your unique story can talk about. As long as it’s a great award winning tale, we want it!
How it works:
The script submissions commence on the 24th of September and the closing date is the 31st of October 2016.
5 of the very best scripts will then be identified and selected for production.
They will then air on Zambezi Magic early next year (2017)
The mechanics
Criteria:
All young Zambians between the ages of 18-30 are welcome to enter.
All scripts must be professionally written and must be a maximum of 30 pages.
Each final film must be no longer than 30minutes in total runtime.
