From 1994 till to date, he has concentrated on Music, Acting and manufacturing of disinfectants, cleaning materials and other businesses. As a renowned Reggae artist, he has done more than 2 albums and still producing more. His first debut album was produced in 1994 with the title “Power Hungry” with a popular single called “Working together.” He went on to do several performances at Pamodzi Hotel in 2006, 2010 at Club Vegas as Lead Vocalist for Ozone band, 2019-2021 at Jazz n Trio at Southern Sun Hotel, 2020-2021 at Radisson Blue Hotel and sunset vibes. In 2012 he released his album titled Bouncing ball and in 2020 he released Sweet Raggae music. In 2020.  In his spare time he loves reading, jogging, listening to music, cooking, socializing, rehearsing and recording music.

He joined the Ubuntu Tv series as King Katumba after Producer and show runner Yoweli Chungu spotted him at a concert. I got the shock of my life when Yoweli approached me and asked if I could act. It took him an hour to convince me to try acting.  Playing king Katumba is both fun and challenging but I appreciate the whole process. I hope people will embrace the character.

King katumba is a ruler of a neighboring small kingdom to Ubuntu. His ancestors were the initial founders of the Ubuntu kingdom. When the Tachimba warriors disposed his great great grandfather,his people were drifted further to a land far off. King katumba a ruthless bohemian king whose roots and traditional beliefs are richer than those of Ubuntu, is back to claim what he believes belong to him. He is a short tempered mad king with a good sense of humour. King Katumba dislikes Chawezi because he has his suspicions that she killed his only daughter Theresa.
