<ol><li>These are rules for the Zuba Watch and Win competition on Zambezi Magic (&ldquo;Competition&rdquo;) as conducted by MultiChoice Zambia Limited and its affiliates (&quot;MultiChoice&quot;). By participating in the Competition, you agree that these rules, read together with the <a href="https://www.multichoice.com/media/2148/standard-terms-and-conditions-applicable-to-campaigns-or-promotions-or-competitions-new.pdf">Standard Terms and Conditions</a> (&ldquo;Terms and Conditions&rdquo;) will apply to your participation in the Competition.</li><li>The Competition will run from 10:00 hours on 4 November 2022 to 23:59 hours on 16&nbsp;November&nbsp;2022&nbsp;(&ldquo;Competition Period&rdquo;).</li><li>To enter in the Competition and stand a chance of winning, you must during the Competition Period (&quot;Eligible Subscriber&quot;):
	<ol><li value="3.1">be and remain an active [DStv/GOtv] subscriber in Zambia for the entire Competition Period</li><li value="3.2">tune in to Zuba on Zambezi Magic (channel 162/5) every Friday at 20h00 (&ldquo;Zuba&rdquo;); and</li><li value="3.3">log on to [@ZambeziMagic.tv] and correctly answer questions related to the Zuba Show.</li>
	</ol>
	</li><li>The Competition will be split into 2 phases, with phase 1 being from 4 &ndash; 10 November 2022 (&ldquo;Phase&nbsp;1&rdquo;) and phase 2 from 11 &ndash; 16 November 2022 (&ldquo;Phase 2&rdquo;).</li><li>The first 5 persons qualifying as Eligible Subscribers for each Phase will win the following prizes:
	<ol><li value="5.1">the 5 Phase 1 winners will each win a meet and greet with the Zuba cast members on set: and</li><li value="5.2">the 5 Phase 2 winners will each win a VIP ticket for themselves and 1 guest to the 1000-episode Zuba event to be held on 25 November 2022 in Lusaka.</li>
	</ol>
	</li><li>Winners from Phase 1 will be announced on 11&nbsp;November 2022 and Phase 2 on 18&nbsp;November 2022 on the Zambezi Magic Social Media Platforms on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.</li><li>Eligible Subscribers can only qualify for 1 prize during this Competition.</li><li>Winners acknowledge that the acceptance and use of a prize is subject to the following:
	<ol><li value="8.1">all of these Terms and Conditions will apply to both you and your guest (where applicable), and you will ensure that your guest agrees to be bound and complies therewith.</li><li value="8.2">you will take full responsibility for your guest.</li><li value="8.3">you indemnify and hold MultiChoice and its affiliates companies, personnel, and representatives harmless against any claim by your guest or any third party in the event that your guest suffers any loss or damage pursuant to your guest&rsquo;s acceptance and/or use of a prize; and</li><li value="8.4">any minor will be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.</li>
	</ol>
	</li><li>Winners will have until 22 November 2022 to accept and claim their prize.</li><li>If a prize is not claimed or if it appears that a winner is not or no longer a qualifying Eligible Subscriber by disconnecting your subscription before the end of the Competition Period, the prize will be forfeited and given to the next person who qualifies as an Eligible Subscriber for that Phase.&nbsp;</li><li>Prizes are not transferable and may not be deferred, changed or exchanged for cash or any other item. MultiChoice reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond MultiChoice make it necessary to do so.</li><li>Subscribers who participate in this Competition and accept a prize agree to be part of related promotional activity(ies), upon MultiChoice&rsquo;s reasonable request. Subscribers hereby agree to the processing of their personal information to enable the subscriber to participate in the Competition, and should the subscriber be a winner of the Competition, to enable MultiChoice to contact them regarding the prize and for purposes outlined in paragraph 10.</li><li>MultiChoice shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.</li><li>The rule of construction that the Terms and Conditions will be interpreted against the party responsible for the drafting or preparation of this document and the Terms and Conditions will not apply.</li><li>MultiChoice may cede, assign or novate any or all of its rights and/or any or all of its obligations set out herein and/or in the Terms and Conditions to any person or entity without notice to you.</li><li>MultiChoice reserves the right to suspend or stop your participation in the Competition if you are involved in fraud or manipulation of the process.</li><li>The failure by MultiChoice to enforce any of the rights or provisions of the Competition or the Terms and Conditions will not be deemed to be a waiver of such right or provision.</li><li>The redemption of prizes is subject to the prize winners complying with all applicable legal, regulatory and tax requirements.</li><li>All winners (and their guests, where applicable) accept and redeem the prizes entirely at their own risk and by doing so give consent to these risks and hereby indemnifies and holds harmless MultiChoice, its directors, employees and/or agents of any liability or damage, cost, injuries and losses of whatever nature sustained as a result in the participation in the Competition and redemption of the prizes.</li>
