According to her daughter Rose, Victor is the reason that Junior always gets away with everything.

“But mom, I don’t understand you and I don’t know what you’re up to. You are always on Junior’s side no matter how unreasonable he is. I have noticed it for some time now,” Rose told Victor.

This was after Junior had chased the whole family out of his late father’s house claiming it belongs to him since he is the firstborn son. As he chased them out, he accused them of ganging up on his wife and refusing to accept her into the family.

However, when the elders of the family tried to intervene, Victor was the first one to defend her son’s actions.

In her defence, the death of her husband was a lot for her to handle. Should she lose Junior, it would be the end for her.

Is she being fair to the other siblings when she doesn’t take a stand against him? Are they right to blame her for being too soft with him?
