Seipati reveals to Mandla that she is afraid that the past will repeat itself and that she will be humiliated again now that they are engaged. He manages to calm her fears for now. He later meets with Puleng and admits that she is right. He wants to get everything owed and asks her to help him get everything back.

When Nurse Mabalwa asks Agnes if she has children, the Matron says no, and gets a bit emotional. She then decided to end the conversation by saying she has a lot of work to do.

Mantoa tells Mandla that the secret that she is carrying is very heavy and since it is heavy, she wants payment for having to carry such a heavy burden.
