Puleng and Brenda pay Gagashe a visit asking him where Mandla's body is so that they can bury him. Gagashe is cool as a cucumber and is not ruffled by the accusations. Puleng and Brenda call the cops on Gagashe as they believe he is behind Bangizwe's death and Mandla's disappearance. This then starts to cause problems with Gagashe and Seipati as Seipati wants answers from Gagashe as well.

At first, he is not convinced, but in classic Puleng fashion, she convinces him that it is all in his head. She even goes as far as threatening that should he ever bring this topic up again, she will leave him. He then apologises and reminds her that he loves her. It is at this point that she starts to feel guilty.

Seipati reveals to Mandla that she is afraid that the past will repeat itself and that she will be humiliated again now that they are engaged. He manages to calm her fears for now. He later meets with Puleng and admits that she is right. He wants to get everything owed and asks her to help him get everything back.

Mantoa tells Mandla that the secret that she is carrying is very heavy and since it is heavy, she wants payment for having to carry such a heavy burden. He later tries to reason with her to agree to keep his secret, but she is not interested in anything he offers. He even goes as far as offering her a job, but she tells him that she is a lady of leisure and will not be working. She will, however, have her money, and she will get it from Mandla.
