His mum-in-law is disappointed and tells them this isn't what her father would have wanted. Rea admits that she loves Vusi but cannot continue because he does not view her the same way.

It's looking very hectic for Nomafu now that she's brought in for questioning after Siphiwe's death in the car while he was with her. Her story didn't convince the police so the questioning was taken to her house infront of Bukhosi and Mlilo in order for her to explain the large amount of money she gave him on the day he died.

Gagashe's dream of living with his sweetheart in Johannesburg is threatened because of Mandlakhe. He wants to meet with Seipati before the wedding, but Gagashe is against it. He is warned to heed the warning because should he not listen, it will not end well. Meanwhile, Seipati is starting to suspect that something is not right, but Mantoa puts it off as nerves before the wedding.
