Seipati reveals to Mandla that she is afraid that the past will repeat itself and that she will be humiliated again now that they are engaged. He manages to calm her fears for now. He later meets with Puleng and admits that she is right. He wants to get everything owed and asks her to help him get everything back.

It all came crushing down on the da of Mabutho and Nomonde's wedding. While on a high, Zweli received the news that Mabutho is behind the heist and as he was about to arrest him, he found himself in a pool of blood instead.
