Seipati reveals to Mandla that she is afraid that the past will repeat itself and that she will be humiliated again now that they are engaged. He manages to calm her fears for now. He later meets with Puleng and admits that she is right. He wants to get everything owed and asks her to help him get everything back.

Paulina came back ready to end things off with Thuso and she did but she's having a very rough time with everything. While organising a party to celebrate her freedom, Charlie convinces her to have one drink but that has led to many more to the point of forgetting or minding her actions.

Bukhosi has been in a very uncomfortable seat since Lindiwe came back to Khanyisa and found that someone has been stealing her diamonds and selling them. Bangizwe came close to finding out after hunting down the seller but Bukhosi saved himself when he turned up at the right time.

Seipati talks with Mantoa about the problems in Mantoa's marriage. She asks why she is being used as a pawn to keep Mohau. She is very upset as she feels that things that brought her a lot of pain are being used as weapons. Mantoa flips the script, denies everything and goes on to expose Mohau and Mpumi being in love. This gets Mandla's attention, who proceeds to beat Mohau for his actions with his daughter.
