Sarah visits Poppy and her family in hopes of reasoning with them. She tells Poppy that since she is carrying a Nondumo she has to have a level of dignity. So she cannot continue dancing at the club. Poppy refuses as she makes good money from dancing. Sarah later speaks with Robert and tells him that he really has caused a big mess as Poppy is not listening to reason. Robert proposes he goes and speaks to Poppy and Sarah refuses and warns that if he does, he will see her fury.

Mdu not only wants Robert to unalive himself, but he now wants him to confess to the world all of his sins. All the tenders and unexplained deaths that he was part of. Should he not follow Mdu's orders, his family will pay for his sins, one by one. This leaves Robert with no choice but to confess in front of the whole world.

Robert decides to not go through with the demand from Mdu. As he does that, Mdu attempts to get rid of Alakhe, but the police intersect in time and arrest him. Detective Khalipha calls Sarah telling her to tell Robert to abort the mission as they have found Mdu and Alake, and Alakhe is safe. They are too late as just as he is about to answer the call, Donald arrives to help his father finish the mission to save his son.

Robert receives Mdu's terms for releasing Alakhe back to them, but he is after much more than Robert is willing to give. Mdu's instructions are for Robert to unalive himself on national television then Alakhe will be returned to them. Donald thinks that he should do it as he is the cause of so much destruction. Sarah is beside herself and asks if there is another viable option to get Alakhe back.
