Robert receives Mdu's terms for releasing Alakhe back to them, but he is after much more than Robert is willing to give. Mdu's instructions are for Robert to unalive himself on national television then Alakhe will be returned to them. Donald thinks that he should do it as he is the cause of so much destruction. Sarah is beside herself and asks if there is another viable option to get Alakhe back.

Mantoa writes Seipati a letter telling her that she is very important in her life. She also apologises for not telling her the truth about Mandla. She eventually admits that he is not to be trusted and that Mandla is not truthful.
