Robert is celebrating his victory after being found not guilty and he celebrates with his movement and community but when Sarah tries to join him for his party, he prefers to not remind people of her negative press and suggests she doesn't join. Dennis has something to discuss with him but Robert prefers to bask in the happiness first before talking business.

Poppy goes to the newly renovated Danko(DK Lifestyle) to ask for her job back as she was working as a waitress there before. Papi swiftly turns her away as he also learns that she is Puleng's sister; his excuse is that she does not have the right look for Danko. Meanwhile, Robert has had a perfect day in court and makes a statement to the press that he would like to continue working should his court case sway in his favour. While he celebrates, Sarah drinks away her sorrow as she cannot believe that she has lost everything.

A distraught Dennis pays Robert a visit after he is exposed. He keeps asking Robert why he threw him under the bus instead of protecting him. Robert reminds him that as the minister of police, he has to do his job, and someone has to pay; it just so happens that it is Dennis' time to pay.

Sarah continues to tell Robert how bad a father he is for arresting Donald. She is upset that he may be using the whole situation for his own political gain, to one day become the president. Robert later gets a call from his old enemy, Mdu, who should be behind bars but is now dangling Alakhe as bait to get to Robert. He responds with anger and disdain as he realises that Donald was right all along.
