Things between Zoey and Luca are a little bit off when a disagreement ensues. But they care about each other and make amends.

Nomi’s endless string of one night stands, forces Zoey and Ana to confront her which leads Nomi to investigate the reason she has relationships with straight girls. The crew agree to each do something they’ve never done before.

Zoey breaks the crew’s unspoken social rules when she doesn’t tell Jazz about Doug’s whereabouts. She struggles to make amends when Jazz finds out.

The crew has a debate over what makes a person a genius, and Zoey is in her feelings when Nomi suggests that Luca is the genius of the group.

Zoey and the crew return to Cal-U to start their Sophomore year. But things are off to a rocky start between Zoey and Luca.
