Seafood Salad Recipe – Dinner At Somizi's

Ingredients list

  • Lobster
  • Bacon
  • Apple slices
  • Blue cheese
  • Mustard sauce
  • Plain yoghurt
  • Forrester sauce
  • Mayonnaise
  • Fresh eggs - egg white
  • Honey

Step by step guide

  • Preheat grill and melt butter on it, for the bacon
  • Boil water in pot to add the lobster to boil for not more than seven minutes
  • Grill the bacon and cooked until crispy
  • Cut the apple into half, and cut into thin slices for the salad
  • Add salt and pepper on the bacon while grilling, for flavour
  • Take out the lobster from the pout, and leave it on bowl of ice cubes to cool down
  • Heat up a small pot and add blue cheese cubes to melt it for the salad dressing
  • Add plain yoghurt, mayonnaise, mustard, Forrester sauces for the salad dressing
  • Crack an egg, and separate the yolk from, the egg white. Add egg white into the salad dressing sauce, and stir the ingredients together
  • Add honey into the salad dressing
  • Whisk all ingredients together until smooth
  • When bacon is crispy and lobster as cool down
  • Cut the lobster and bacon into smaller pieces to decorate the salad with lettuce and salad leaves
  • Add the apples on the salad recipe
  • Serve on a salad platter with salad dressing on the side. Enjoy the flavours within the meal!!!

  • Silver tequila
  • Gold tequila
  • Passion cordial
  • Gin
  • Champagne - Brut
  • Lemon slices

Step by step guide

  • Add silver tequila into shaker
  • Add gold tequila
  • Add passion cordial
  • Add gin
  • Crush ice and add into wine glass
  • Chop lemon slices for garnishing purposes
  • Add champagne into wine glass
  • Then add spirt mix into wine glass
  • Enjoy the flavours of the cocktail!!
