Step by step guide
- Heat up stove
- Add olive oil into pots both for chicken pieces and pork trotters
- Put chicken pieces into pot and stir and leave it fry
- Put pork trotters into small pot and allow to fry
- Add turmeric into both pots
- Add bay leaves, masala spice, breyani spice, and Mexican spice into both pots and allow the flavours to come together into the meat dishes
- Mix all spices together in both pots and allow to simmer
- Crush garlic cloves and cop finely and add into meat dishes
- Stir and allow to simmer until well done

- Add Lime slices
- Add Lemon slices
- Add Mint leaves
- Strawberry daiquiri syrup
- Margarita syrup
- Add vodka
- Add gin
- Add ice cubes to make it cold
- Shake it up
- Add more gin and vodka into jam jar glasses, served on tray with dry ice
- Pour mixture into jam jar glasses
- Add more ice into jam jar glasses
- Decorate with lime and lemon slices with a dash of mint leaves
- Add pineapple juice and mix it together
- For hype.....pour water on dry ice for effervescence!!!!
