Portuguese Spicy Prawns and Clams

- Portuguese spicy prawns
- Clams - creamy
- Onions
- Green pepper
- Rice
- Creme fraiche
- Butter
- Mustard
- Olive oil
- Wild rice
- Mixed peppers
- Sweetcorn
- Turmeric
- Spices - mixed herbs, basil, hot chilli, prawn spice, Thai stir-fry spice, fish spice, salt and pepper, seafood spice
Step by step guide
- Add olive oil and butter into pan
- Add clams in melted butter and olive oil
- Add garlic into pan
- Put onto stove and leave to simmer
- Then take prawns in saucepan
- Add seafood spice and a bit of basil
- Add a bit of mixed herbs and prawn spice and some fish spice into the prawns
- Pour olive oil into prawn mix in pot
- Add two or three cloves of butter
- The will add the sauces later to prawns and out it back on the stove to simmer prawn mix
- Grab a spatula and mix clam and prawn mix in each pot
- Add mustard and creme fraiche into clam mix and mix thoroughly
- Add some water into clam mix for some mixing flavour and put it back onto the stove to simmer
- Add hot chilli sauce into prawn mix and allow to simmer
- Add rice into saucepan and hot water
- Add the peppers into rice mix in saucepan
- Add turmeric for colour
- Put onto to the stove and cooked well and rice is nice and fluffy
- Serve on serving plate and enjoy the seafood mix and wild rice

- Berries and strawberries
- Lime syrup
- Orange slices
- Pink tonic
Step by step guide
- Add Bacardi
- And add vodka
- Add ice into shaker
- Add lime syrup
- Add into shaker and shake up into a wonderful mix and cold
- Chop strawberries into thing slices and decorate the glass for presentation and add ice in glass
- Add layer of orange slices into the glass
- Then pour the mixture into glass
- Then add cherries into cocktail mix
- Add pink Tonic into cocktail mix
- Add orange peel to decorate around cocktail mix
