Siphiwe dies while with Nomafu and now the police show up for her. While Bangizwe advises Andile about learning how to deal with certain people in the family, his son fresh from prison Ndumiso shows up unexpectedly.

Papi is very suspicious of Puleng and is convinced that she is cheating on him with Mandla. He asks her point blank, and she instantly denies it. At first, he is not convinced, but in classic Puleng fashion, she convinces him that it is all in his head. She even goes as far as threatening that should he ever bring this topic up again, she will leave him. He then apologises and reminds her that he loves her. It is at this point that she starts to feel guilty.

Tina has been trying to talk with her family about her relationship with Ra. They continue to give her the cold shoulder as they feel what she is doing is wrong. She organises a family dinner to get the family together again so that they can talk through everything they have gone through. Her family decided to skip dinner, which does not sit well with Tina as she feels rejected. She is later found on the road unresponsive by first responders after a motorcycle accident. Did her family push her too far for falling in love?

Tina is reeling from the aftermath of her family finding out about her and Ra. Her mother consoles her, but she is inconsolable. However, she takes her mother's advice to talk to her kids again. This does not go well, as they do not understand why she would d this. Sakhile goes as far as calling the family elders, who shame her for dating a younger man. At that point, Tina's mum has heard enough and chases them away.
