When she stopped by for an exclusive chat on V-Entertainment recently, Busiswa whispered in our ears that she's working on a brand new venture. While her music fans have been begging for some new music in time for the looming festive season, Busiswa shared with us that she's been quietly working on a documentary about her life.

The Banomoya hitmaker has been working on Busiswa: An Unbreakable Story, a documentary that takes us back in time to explore the complex conditions that helped hone a young girl from Umtata into the big voice that echoes through our speakers alongside Beyoncé on The Gift, in what has been tauted as arguably one of the most iconic moments in the South African entertainment business.

Narrated by Busiswa herself, the Fred Kayembe and Vaughn Thiel directed feature will feature themes of independence, femininity and identity through the singer's awe inspiring life story.

Made by Pineappletop Films and produced by 'The Kollektive', the grungy visual will give fans a glimpse into the world in which Busiswa's dream was made.

Busiswa: An Unbreakable Story will premiere at the Africa Rising International Film Festival on November 27th.
