Alicia Keys, Jonas Brothers and Bad Bunny will be performing at the Awards!

Alicia Keys will kick off celebrating the 20th anniversary of her smash hit debut album Songs in A Minor with a special set of her hits off the album.

The multi -award-winning artist and producer returns to the BBMA stage following her amazing performance of “Love Looks Better” in 2020.

This announcement is part of our very own “Daily Countdown” of performers, where we are announcing performers each day leading up to the show on May 23, 2021.

Artist Info:

· A record 12 No. 1s on Billboard's Adult R&B Airplay chart -- and a record 92 total weeks at No. 1 on the Adult R&B Airplay chart.

· Eight No. 1s on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.

· Songs In A Minor - debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart twenty years ago this July -- her first of five No. 1 albums on the chart.

· Her debut Billboard Hot 100 hit "Fallin'" spent six weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 2001 -- her first of 26 Hot 100 hits and four No. 1s.

· Since the release of her monumental 2001 debut album, Songs in A Minor, Keys has:

Bad Bunny and Karol G

Puerto Rican superstar Bad Bunny, up for seven awards this year including Top Latin Artist, will perform "Te Deseo Lo Mejor" off of his 2020 smash hit album El Último Tour del Mundo.

Colombian singer-songwriter and award-winning star Karol G will take the BBMAs stage for a can’t-miss medley performance of her hit songs “Bichota” and “El Makinon.”

BAD BUNNY

o Bad Bunny currently holds the record for the most top 40 hits on Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs chart, with 104.

o He holds the record for the most hits total on Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs chart, with 111.

o Seven No. 1s on the Hot Latin Songs chart.

o 36 hits on the all-genre Billboard Hot 100 songs chart, including the No. 1 “I Like It,” with Cardi B and J Balvin.

o His 2020 album El Último Tour Del Mundo became the first all-Spanish language album to hit No. 1 on the all-genre Billboard 200 chart.

o Five No. 1s on Billboard’s Top Latin Albums chart, with a record total of 111 weeks at No. 1.

· KAROL G

o Her most recent album KG0516 debuted at No. 1 Billboard’s Top Latin Albums chart -- her first No. 1 effort and third top five.

o 25 hits on Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs chart including three No. 1s.

o 10 No. 1s on Billboard’s Latin Airplay chart.

 

Jonas Brothers

Jonas Brothers will be performing at the “2021 Billboard Music Awards.” Host Nick Jonas will join brothers Joe and Kevin, along with Marshmello, for an unforgettable closing performance.

The trio returns to the BBMA stage following their fiery medley performance in 2019.

Jonas Brothers and Marshmello also announced this morning their new single “Leave Before You Love Me” will be out at midnight ET.

Yesterday, Jonas Brothers announced their ‘Remember This’ Tour this summer with special guest, Kelsea Ballerini. Tickets are on sale starting Thursday, May 27th at 10am local time at JonasBrothers.com.

The tour title track, “Remember This,” is set to be a part of NBC Universal’s Tokyo Olympics Promotional Campaign this summer.
