Some heart to hearts coupled with some shade followed the Saturday night party as Didi and Que opened up about their complicated situationship and lingering feelings from the past.
Shortly after the party, Que told Didi that he believed they would have been a perfect match, joking that he even resembles her ex. Didi responded that their connection would never have worked, but she was glad they had managed to clear the air. She admitted that her past with her former partner still affects her, explaining that the situation has been ongoing for a long time and that she feels she is taking too long to heal.
Offering comfort, Que told her that everyone heals differently and encouraged her to be kinder to herself. He added that some things unfold naturally and cannot be controlled, urging her to trust the process.
Meanwhile in the kitchen, Thandeka shared her honest opinions about the housemates’ attractiveness. Speaking to Trixie, she claimed that King Wanda ranked last on her scale, while describing Bravo B and Mmeli as attractive. According to Thandeka, Bravo B’s quiet nature adds to his appeal, whereas she criticised King Wanda for being too outspoken.
Earlier in the day, Didi, Liema and The Don reflected on how the outside world might be perceiving the house dynamics. Didi admitted that she, Ilano and Dene Jones often gossiped, noting that the public likely sees everything happening in the house. The Don agreed, saying viewers probably had reasons for not voting for Dene Jones that the housemates themselves may not understand.
Earlier in the day, Thandeka also reflected on her relationships in the house, saying she believes people do not truly have a problem with her and would not openly admit it if she asked. She shared a personal moment, recalling how she once asked her mother why she no longer speaks to her siblings, but received no clear answer.
Thandeka tola Mmeli that she has never had issues with Trixie or Liema, claiming her only real conflict has been with Didi, which she believes explains the tension between them. She also noted that Ilano often reconciles with her after disagreements because their arguments are never serious.
