Samora finds Xola very comfortable at his mother's house and loses. When Ma E stands up for her, the father and son get into a fight that just cannot be reversed.

Mgedeza is trying to figure out why Momo is so out of it after giving birth and she tells him that she feels she has failed their family because Baby EJ was born premature which is unprecedented in their families.

Momo calls Dakalo and begs her to take care of EJ should anything happen to her but later she is surprised to see Mgedeza is in love with the baby again, just like when he thought he was his biological son.

Momo has Mgedeza's aunts thrown out and one of them tells him that he has not yet become a father because EJ is not his biological son.
