They’re the most consistent thing on Idols – and they’re consistently engaged in activities around and outside of the show. Here’s a quick look at what our famous quartet is up to.
As you may have noticed, Randall recently joined social media (some good news in 2020!). Over on Twitter, he’s offering up note-perfect summations of the Idols’ song choices – and they’re as spot-on as his post-performance wrap-ups.
And on Instagram, he’s a proper content creator with #RandallTV, doing weekly video features like Money Mondays, Media Wednesdays, and Funky Fridays, which this week is him making a cocktail!
He’s also doing typically Randall stuff, like playing the guitar.
Not a day goes by that Somizi is NOT in the news, from his Feather Award win to being a good samaritan to celebrating his wedding anniversary.
But his latest initiative is inspiring. In a recent Instagram post captioned ‘my gift to u’, the Idols judge is offering to use his social media platform to promote undiscovered, upcoming small businesses – for free!
On the last Friday of every month, for the first six months of 2021, he’ll provide publicity – so if this is you, get your presentations together!
And lastly, a double-Idols SA combo. Unathi and ProVerb can both be heard – in separate shows – on KAYA FM, but they got together on Unathi’s Midday Joy show a couple of weeks back to discuss his new tome, 'The Book of ProVerb'.
Over on Unathi’s Instagram, she excerpted a section in which they discuss their respective divorces – while shooting Idols – and Pro’s suicide attempt.*
Pro says the show gave him purpose – ‘a reminder that you have work to do.”
