We take a look at all the relationships that made us melt on the Mzansi Magic screen this year, from Gomora to The Queen and the Sunday drama Ehostela.

After S'motozo and Qhude save KaMabizela from Ngwadi, they think all is well until he comes back for revenge and his money. In the end, KaMabizela shoots him after a face off.

S'motoza tells Thando that it was Ngwadi who shot and killed his father. She tells her mother but shortly after, KaMabizela is attacked. Could it be the fugitive Ngwadi who attacked her?

KaMabizela rallies the community against Ngwadi to fight for their homes after he brings bulldozers to tear them down. They have a face off awhere the community begs her not to kill him but to allow the law to take its course.

After sneaking into Ngwadi's place KaMabizela is lucky to have S'motoza be the one who finds her instead of Ngwadi. Later, she exposes him in front of the entire hostel community for selling their home for a profit.

The Mdletshe family calls Mseshi to order about the turmoil he has bee putting KaMabizela through ehostela calling her a witch and siding With Ngwadi. He later apologises to her.

S'motoza proves himself to Thando and KaMabizela by getting rid of one of Ngwadi's threats to them and is finally accepted by KaMabizela as one of their own.

Ngwadi manages to convince the entire eHostela that KaMabizela is a itch who must be burned alive, but a few people still believe in her innocence.

S'motoza tries to plead with Thando after she found out that he shot her by mistake when on a mission to kill her mother, sent by his uncle. But she tells him that he if he truly loves her, he will hand himself over to the police, turn state witness and bring his uncle to book. S'motoza struggles to complete his second attempt to assassinate KaMabizela with Thando's words ringing in his head.

The love between Smotoza and Thando grows stronger even though their parents are against it and she gets intimate with him. Later, she finds out that he shot her and his uncle is out to get her mother.

After h refuses to take Ngwadi's R1.5million bribe to forever hold his peace about who killed Mdletshe, Ngwadi kills Mdletshe before he can speak to KaMabizela.

Ngwadi tries to convince S'motoza that Thando and her mother are evil but after they share a kiss, all he sees is the love of his life. Ngwadi gives S'motoza an assignment to kill KaMabizela but he ends up shooting Thando instead.

KaMabizela returns from mourning for her husband and immediately starts looking for answers about how Ngwadi managed to kill him. When her leads lead her to a corrupt cop, Ngwadi makes sure S'motozza silences him for good.

Ngwadi feels threatened by Ngwadi's plans to take on the role on Nduna eHostela so he pays off policemen to have Mdletshe arrested and killed but things go awry when Mdletshe fights for his life.

Caught between the wrold of dance and the underworld of ihostela, Smotoza is a confused young man with big expectation on his shoulders and tough decisions to make. Watch him every Sunday at 20:00 on eHostela starting 03 July on Mzansi Magic, DStv channel 161.

Sthandwa saves Mndeni's life by killing Celemba but it is not long before he takes a bullet himself when Vovo and his man arrive too late.

Mndeni is lured into a trap in his quest to save Sthandwa but will he make it out alive?

Just when Celemba is ready to kill Mndeni for his betrayal when working with MaSkhakhane to take down the brotherhood, Vovo comes to save him and the men think he is a ghost.

Vovo signs his death certificate when he disrespects Celemba in front of the brotherhood, but just as Celemba is about to kill him for his transgressions, Mndeni makes the fatal shot.

Mndeni finally lays his heart out for Sthandwa and she tells him she feels the same way only for her husband to come in and ruin their honeymoon phase.

Mndeni confesses to Vovo that he is the snitch and asks for one day to kill Ma'Skhakhane before being killed himself.
