Big Brother Mzansi's Umlilo season ignited with a fiery start as housemates clashed in the first round of the Head of House (HoH) games.🤺 In a surprising twist, Uyanda initially seized the throne, only to be disqualified, paving the way for Sweet Guluva to claim the title as the first HoH of the season. The victory gave him the power to save and replace, which he used to save Ash-ley Ogle and replace her with Nsuku.🎉

As the new Head of House, Sweet Guluva enjoys access to the luxurious HoH bedroom, a bed fit for a king, as well an endless supply of treats that are not accessible to the rest of the housemates. He also gets some peace of mind as he gets to enjoy his own space. 🤭 In a gesture of goodwill, he invited Muzi-thembuzi to share the experience with him.

This move may indicate the formation of alliances and friendships within the house. However, being HoH also brings responsibilities. For the rest of the week, Sweet Guluva must maintain order, serve as Biggie's mouthpiece, and lead the house to a 100% wager win. This challenging task may either make him the most popular person in the house, or somewhat of a villain. 

The nomination process followed soon after, with housemates strategically selecting their targets. The initial nominees were:

- Mandy Hagan

- Nsuku

- Savage

Sweet Guluva exercised his save and replace power, rescuing Ash-Ley Ogle and replacing her with Nsuku. This move will likely cause a stir in the house, and it remains to be seen how the dynamics will change during the course of this week. As tensions rise, the question on everyone's mind is: will the housemates maintain their unity or will the nominations tear them apart? Only time will tell if the house will remain "kumbaya" or burn to ashes. After all, "computers crash..." - you know the rest. 😉
