What is the Mzansi Magic DStv Delicious competition about?
This competition targets customers who love Mzansi Magic shows. Customers must watch their favourite Sundays Sisonke shows between 18:00 to 22:00 every Sunday starting from 20 August 2023. There will be questions appearing on their TV screens while they are watching. Customers who answer the questions correctly stand to win 1 of 4 All Weekend VIP Experience Pass to DStv Delicious to mingle with the Mzansi Magic stars.
Who can enter the competition?
DStv Customers who currently have active subscription (this includes direct to home customers, DStv via streaming and customers on DStv Contracts).
How do I enter?
Customers must stay glued to their favourite shows on Mzansi Magic and look out for the pop-up questions while enjoying the shows. Customers can enter the competition by sending an SMS with the correct answers to “31066”.
How long will the competition run?
The competition will run from 20 August – 10 September 2023. Entries will only be opened to DStv customers only.
Who is NOT eligible for the competition?
All customers who have an inactive subscription are not eligible for this competition. Customers who reside outside of South Africa.
How many times can I enter the competition?
Each customer can only enter the competition once. The customers who perform the specific action required by DStv will be automatically entered into the draw.
What does the prize include?
The prize includes the below:
• 2x VIP tickets to DStv Delicious
• Tickets can be used for both the 23 and 24 September
• Food and beverages at event
• Travel and/or accommodation included if you reside outside of Johannesburg.
How will I know if I’ve won / how will I be notified?
Winners will be notified by our agency partner via SMS and phone call. The draw will take place no later than the 12th of September Winners will be contacted shortly after.
Why do you need my customer number or SA ID number?
• Your customer number or 13 digital ID number allows us to validate you as a DStv customer
• Note that you can also use your valid passport number if you used it when signing up for your DStv account

Will I be required to be vaccinated to enjoy one of these prizes as a winner?
There is no requirement for vaccination.
Can I exchange my prize for cash?
Unfortunately, not. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
Is my prize transferable?
No, unfortunately not.
