How ironic is it that your mom wishes you’d get married to a man you’d eventually marry in the end? That’s what happened in Matshepo and Kgosi’s case, as Matshepo’s mom wished she’d marry Kgosi one day and her wish finally came true.
The couple wanted nothing but the best for their big day, having the cake, food and décor as items on their Wish List.
Firstly, it was food tasting for the couple. The caterer prepared tasty butternut with cinnamon and syrup, green beans with feta cheese, oxtail stew and grilled chicken, served with savoury rice. The meal got thumbs up and it was time to go view the décor.
The décor designer planned a peach and silver themed table setting for the couple and they were more than pleased with what he had come up with. The groom, however, was a little concerned that his favourite colour, blue, wasn’t incorporated into the theme and the décor designer assure that they would work something out, making the groom really happy.
The couple completed their check list by going for cake tasting. They had asked for a fruit cake because they wanted to preserve it and cut it after 10 years. A quick tasting session and the couple gave it thumbs up, ticking off all the items on their Wish List and had a perfect wedding.
