One can’t help but SBWL this Mary (34) and Thembinkosi Mohlomonyane (38) kind of love. They're so cute together, love each other dearly, plus have similar interests.

How they met:

The couple met at work in 2012. Two months after bumping into each other at work, she went out with friends and they happened to bump into each other again.

Mary said she heard from Theminkosi the following week. “He asked me out, and after our date, we would talk for hours on the phone. She added, “I think this somehow drew me closer to him and I also realized we liked the same music.”

Things just kind of fell into place for the two, thereafter. Thembinkosi said the day they kissed was the day he knew they were official.

Challenges:

Mary struggled to conceive for a while. “But with lots of prayer, we finally had a baby girl,” she said.

How he proposed:

Thembinkosi proposed in 2016. Their familiess had just concluded the lobola negotiations, when he kneeled down and asked her to marry him. “My family and friends were all there. I said, “yes” and we all celebrated that day,” she said.

The couple recently won a wedding competition and invited the OPW crew because they would like to share this special day with all the friends and relatives who were not able to attend the wedding.
