Who could ever forget Mndeni and Khethiwe’s beautiful love story? They fought tooth and nail, family and enemy to be together but in the end, Jama took Khethiwe from Mndeni.
Now, Mndeni can still hear Khethiwe’s voice as clear as day, even in her death. So strong is their bond that they are united in marriage and in spirit. So this begs the question, is Mndeni ready for love?
Sthandwa seems to be the woman Mndeni could love right now. She already defends him like he is her boyfriend and she knows the kind of man he is without spending too much time with him.
Mndeni has just been reunited with his uncle, Celemba, ending a lifelong search for his biological family members. Celemba welcomed Mndeni with open arms and even did a ritual for him to make him known to his family’s ancestors.
However, Mndeni still holds the secret that he is working with Sthandwa’s mother to betray Celemba and hand him over to the police. What love can Mndeni and Sthandwa have if, under the surface, a deadly war is brewing between their families?
