Hello new month, hello Spring! All things bright and beautiful, all things great and small – tis the season to bring out the cocktails, the flowy dresses and to spend with family.

Mzansi Magic has it all on lock down as we have spanking new shows to make the season even brighter.

To kick off the month, "Let’s Eat with Siphokazi" Season 1 starts at 18:00 today 1 September.

Siphokazi Mdlankomo, a domestic worker-turned-chef brings her charm and effortless cooking skills to her mobile kitchen, where she whips up tasteful dishes with her guests. Airs on Mondays with repeats on Saturdays. Oh...and you can call her Chef Sipho!

Later in the evening, kick back and enjoy a drama about lies and infidelity, Cellphone (Ufunjathwako) at 21:30 where a couple's love is tested to the limits when they discover each other's secret love affairs by going through each other's cell phones. Starring Abie Jiyana and Joseph Tsima.

Moving along, the month has more highlights than the one and only Somizi. Speaking of Som Som, Idols SA goes even bigger from this Sunday 4 September as we welcome the live shows on a new time slot, 17:00.
