Evictions always shake up the house, but when it comes to Mata and Muzi-TheMbuzi's departure, the vibes were less grief and sorrow and more meh, anyway.
During the live eviction show, Smash Afrika put Nsuku on the spot, asking if she cared that Mata might be evicted since she had nominated her. Without hesitation, Nsuku shut it down with a cold “I don’t care.” And when Mata actually got the boot, she doubled down, telling Nate and Tyrone, “I can’t find a feeling” for Mata’s eviction. Zero remorse, zero regrets. The same energy flowed through Mandy Hagan, who casually asked Jojo and Siphesihle if it was bad not to feel bad about someone’s eviction. (Spoiler alert: it’s not.) She was, of course, referring to Muzi-TheMbuzi’s exit – sweet, sweet karma.

Muzi-TheMbuzi’s downfall had layers. He had nominated Mandy Hagan during face-to-face nominations, writing her off as “too emotional” and saying she “does not fit into the system”. Oh, the irony—because just days later, he was the one ejected from the system entirely. Mandy Hagan couldn’t help but marvel at the plot twist, saying it was funny how someone could think you’re boring, only for them to be sent packing first. She also called Melino's eviction worry, mentioning that he spent the entire week saying his goodbyes, thinking that he would be getting evicted.
But that wasn’t all. Mandy Hagan spilled more tea, recounting how Muzi-TheMbuzi mocked her for being “rejected by a yellow bone,” a dig at Luzuko. He apparently made a habit of joking about it in front of others, dismissing her frustration as being “too sensitive”.

Meanwhile, Mshini took Muzi-TheMbuzi’s eviction hard, even opting to sleep in the bed he shared with Nsuku. Nsuku, however, opted to sleep downstairs on her bed, but wasted no time moving on, telling Beekay that she’s left with him to annoy now. And in another move, Mshini promised Beekay that if she won HoH, he’d be her chosen partner.
One thing’s for sure – there’s no mourning period in this house.
