Day 53: The top 10 and their charms – BBMzansi

News
14 March 2024
The S'ya Mosha top 10 is here.
Number 10

This season's top 10 crept up on us and had a very dramatic landing when Lerato Modise was evicted in a shocking turn of events in the Fate Room on Monday. This season's top 10 is filled with characters that have brought a different kind of colour to the house, and their unique traits make them stand out as individuals.

Here are some fun facts about your top 10 in alphabetical order:

Liema

Liema is the songstress of the season. Liema has sung tunes that have soothed the housemates throughout the season. Her voice is a talent that is well sought by both the housemates and the streets, and she has gone on to spoil both with her vocals at the most random times. Liema, who has her own songs, has serenaded the house with her tunes and covers from both local and international stars, a destiny she desires for herself.

Makhekhe

Makhekhe, aka Khekheleza, had a rocky start to the season but has exhibited growth over his time in the Big Brother Mzansi house. The last 52 days have seen him become the housemate with the most memorable catchphrases. From "hence why" to "respect me," Makhekhe has phrases that have become an extension of his identity.

McJunior

McJunior's HoH record this season is yet to be broken. As it stands, McJunior is the only housemate in the top 10 to have two Head of House titles under his belt. McJunior took this feat a step further by being the only housemate to have back-to-back HoH reigns.

Mpumi

Keeping the HoH records, Mpumi is the only girl in the top 10 to have had a week on the hot seat. Her reign as week 7's HoH resulted in a much-deserved wager win, a victory they attained in a week that was filled with a ton of drama and division. Her leadership, however, brought the house together for the greater good.

PapaGhost

The universe conspired in favour of PapaGhost this week by affording him a HoH win on his birthday week. He is, however, the only Head of House to spend his reign with no companion after Lerato Modise's unexpected exit from the game.

Sinaye

The housemate who prides himself in deep chats is Sinaye. If you're looking for the dyan you will most likely find him engaging in a dmc (deep meaningful conversation). He is constantly assessing, and dissecting, a trait that others call gossiping.

Willy

This season's big spender is Willy. Not only does he hold the record for the top 10 housemate with the most Friday night Arena Games wins, but the housemate who has accumulated the most money throughout the game, earning himself a whopping R20 900 to date.

Yolanda

Yolanda will go down as the housemate with the most nominations for the S'ya Mosha season. Yolanda has made her way into the top 10 with seven out of eight nominations, making this week the first one that she does not need to worry about the possibility of eviction.

Young Pappi

If there were an award for the housemate who has spent the most nights in someone else's bed, it would hands down go to Young Pappi. He has had an inseparable relationship with Zee's bed (her too) so much so that he refused to leave it even when times were dark between them.

Zee

Closing off the top 10 is a woman of timeless styles and vibes. The housemate with the littest party vibes is Zee. She is one housemate who knows how to have a good time regardless of the circumstances. Wager win or lose, you will catch Zee dancing by the mirror, and whether others join her or not does not deter her from entertaining herself. The vibes get carried through to the Saturday Night Party where you can trust her to reign over the dance floor.

Making it to the top 10 of the game is a feat the housemate ought to be proud of, and this batch is one of the most iconic ones yet.
