Lerato Modise, Liema, Makhekhe, McJunior, and Sinaye spoke with Biggie today about yesterday's eviction, artistic expression, their wager presentation, as well as the daggers thrown at them by the evicted housemates.

About the evictions

All the housemates told Biggie they were shocked that they are safe for one more week and grateful for the opportunity. When asked if they were sad about who was evicted, Yolanda admitted she was shocked by Jareed's exit because she considered him one of the strongest housemates. Liema had predicted that Els and Jareed would be leaving, so she was not surprised at their eviction.

When asked to give some last words to the evicted housemates, Liema mentioned she has forgiven Jareed for everything and wished him and Els good luck, while McJunior and Sinaye had a special message for Els, telling her not to doubt herself and to go for her dreams because she is talented and smart.

Reaction to daggers

Yolanda was particularly unmoved by the punishment assigned to her, thanks to Jareed's dagger. A very excited Yolanda told Biggie she is making the best of her punishment, which involves wearing her clothes inside out and wearing mismatched socks and shoes. She is also to carry a cactus around. She told Biggie that it's a blessing in disguise, as she has always wanted to know how to take care of plants because she once killed a plant she tried to nurture. She told Biggie Jareed never liked her from the jump, and it got worse when she accused him of pretending to be a playboy just for the show.

Their favourite art form

Biggie also asked each housemate to speak about their favourite art form and how it was going to play out in their wager presentation. Liema said she wanted to explore other art forms besides music, which is her passion. She has been encouraged to pursue other art forms following the positive reviews she got from her fellow housemates after last week's presentation.

Makhekhe was more into head drawings of women that represent the African continent. Such art forms excite him. Lerato Modise and McJunior told Biggie music is their favourite art form while Sinaye believes writing is his go-to.

Wager palava

This week, the housemates have been charged with creating a painting of Big Brother from their perspective and also creating a five-minute presentation of their artistic piece. Liema spoke to McJunior, telling him that she told Biggie what she would like to do for her wager presentation. She said she would like to go the road less travelled and paint but would also sing while doing so. McJunior expressed concern about her choice and told her to be careful not to overload herself in a bid to impress. He suggested she focus on one art form to showcase her talent and not spread herself too thin.

While in the garden, Zee told Sinaye that she is concerned about her presentation on Thursday and is not sure what artistic form to showcase. Sinaye also expressed concern about having problems putting his presentation together.

Today, the housemates wagered 100%, and we are sure it might make them feel pressured to deliver exceptional performances. It will be interesting to see how they handle the pressure and rise to the occasion during their presentations.
