After the live show, which saw Lawrence Maleka smashing some tables and Lerato Modise, PapaGhost, and Pale leaving the house, housemates gathered in splinter groups to break down all that had just happened.
Mpumi was one of the first housemates to react to what happened on the live show. She was not happy with Jareed's response to Maleka's questions about what was going on between him, Els, Liema, and Mpumi. Mpumi made it clear that Jareed could have told Maleka that he likes them equally. She felt hurt by Jareed's indecisiveness, especially after the emotional rollercoaster they had been on together. Jareed, in his response, said he didn't know what happened to him and somehow found himself caught in a difficult situation.
Yolanda, who looked distraught when Lerato Modise and PapaGhost were told to leave the house, expressed disappointment at not being able to share a kiss with him before his departure. While having dinner with the housemates, she spoke about her relationship with Lerato Modise, how she did not hate her, and how she saw PapaGhost. Yolanda's openness about her feelings towards Lerato Modise and PapaGhost surprised the other housemates, who had assumed there was tension between them. Despite the emotional turmoil, Yolanda remained composed and honest in her communication with everyone. Her conversation about Lerato Modise and PapaGhost continued with Chuenzaaa and in their convo she explained what caused tension between herself and Lerato Modise and how her first argument with PapaGhost led the two to become a couple.
The cabin
In the cabin, Lerato Modise and PapaGhost watched the housemates and their conversations. This set the tone for a not-so-happy Lerato Modise, who disliked the conversation she heard from the housemates via the television provided by Biggie. She singled out Liema, whom she believed was happy about her exit. PapaGhost, however, told her she heard the convo all wrong and that Liema was not expressing happiness at her exit.
We are not sure how Lerato Modise and PapaGhost are going to get along in an enclosed space for an extended time, given their notably intense personalities. It will be interesting to see how their dynamic plays out as they continue to share the cabin.
