Day 14: The good, the bad, and the week 2 drama – BBMzansi

News26 January 2025
If tense was a house, it would be Biggie’s.

Week 2 in Biggie’s house brought all the vibes, drama, and gbas-gbos we signed up for, sana! From heated arguments to blossoming connections (and some confusing ones), it was clear that nothing is predictable in Biggie’s world. If you missed out, grab your popcorn because this week was the reality TV we’ve been craving.

A battle for the throne

The week kicked off with a twisty HoH challenge that had the housemates on edge. Uyanda had barely warmed the HoH throne when Sipha Lee swooped in, snatched the badge, and crowned Ezra as his HoH buddy. Ezra, who was nominated for eviction afterwards, heaved a sigh of relief as Uyanda took his spot among the nominated six: Abobo, Bonni Bee, Nate, Nsuku, and Savage. Confidence levels varied, though – Nsuku, ever the calm queen, declared she’d embrace whatever tonight’s eviction brings.

Theme of the week: "Mother Nature vs Human Nature"

Biggie wasn’t playing with this week’s theme, as the house became a canvas of colour, creativity, and – you guessed it – drama. Team Earth (featuring Abobo, Bonni Bee, Mandy Hagan, Nsuku, and Siphesihle) clinched the wager win, while Sweet Guluva earned the title of Umlilo King of the Week. But, as with any house full of personalities, things got fiery during preparations.

Watch the wager win:

Ash-ley Ogle and Mshini’s screaming match over artwork led to some harsh words and accusations. Things escalated, especially after Ash-ley Ogle and Bonni Bee made insensitive comments about Kay B’s trauma, earning both strikes and a punishment that’s still ongoing. Biggie brought in Lebohang Mapanya, a Wellness Counsellor, to educate the house on gender-based violence, serving a much-needed reality check amidst the chaos.

And then there was the manicure showdown between Abobo and Swiss. What started as a manicure request turned into a shouting match, with Abobo accusing Swiss of being too rough and Swiss clapping back with, “What do you want?!” Drama in the men’s camp? Now that’s rare tea, considering their previous “no-drama” gentlemen’s pact.

Love is in the air... and confusion too

Two weeks in, and connections are inevitable – though some are as clear as muddy water. Luzuko has been vibing with just about everyone, from Mandy Hagan to Jojo, leaving Mandy Hagan hopeful and Jojo skeptical. While Mandy Hagan’s advances have been politely declined, Luzuko’s eyes are firmly on Jojo, who suspects she’s part of a “boys’ bet.” She’s hedging her bets between Luzuko and Ezra, leaving fans to guess where her heart truly lies.

Meanwhile, Nsuku and Muzi-TheMbuzi have fans scratching their heads. Are they sailing or just vibing? With massages and cozy moments on full display, it’s hard to tell if this ship is docking or drifting.

Parties that left no crumbs

The Thursday night pool party turned into a kiss-fest as the girls let loose and Ezra managed to sneak in a few smooches, including one from Mata. Not to be outdone, Saturday night’s party took the crown with sizzling outfits and a DJ who brought the house down. The energy was unmatched, and the housemates clearly understood the assignment.

Eviction looms

But alas, all good things must come to an end – for at least one housemate. As eviction night approaches, the tension in the house is palpable. Who will be the first to leave, and who will get to stay for more drama, love triangles, and party nights?

Stay tuned, fam, because if Week 2 was this spicy, Week 3 is bound to be fire!
